About the service
Contractor Book helps homeowners discover independent contractors. We are not a contractor and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
Your responsibility
Check a contractor’s work, references, quotation and terms before hiring. Agree scope, price and timelines in writing. A Verified badge means we checked the listed details; it is not a guarantee of workmanship.
Using the site
Please give accurate details in enquiries and do not misuse the site, including by sending spam or scraping contact details.
Listings
Contractor information is provided by or checked with the contractors. We may edit or remove listings at our discretion.
Liability
We provide the service as is and, to the extent allowed by law, are not liable for losses arising from dealings between homeowners and contractors.
